Dr. Shafer, Associate Dean for the School of Business International Programs, will be visiting our campus from January 24, 2011 to January 27, 2011 as part of her Central and Eastern European review of Tiffin University’s international programs.
Dr. Shafer will be hosting an open meeting on "being a TU student" on Tuesday, January 25th, at 3:00 p.m., in the Roosevelt classroom. She is available to answer your questions on this topic, on the university, and on TU's international programs.
You may also see Dr. Shafer in one of your classes as she observes a number of courses as part of her review process.

Tiffin University Prague Celebrates Anniversary
On October 26, 2010, Tiffin University Prague celebrated its first year anniversary by unveiling an original piece of artwork inspired by the university’s creed.Tiffin University Prague commissioned Ms. Alena Foustkova to create an original piece of artwork to commemorate our first year anniversary.
The inspiration for the commissioned piece is the university’s creed as visualized by Ms. Foustkova and incorporated into her chosen medium of expression.

Field Trip to the Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automotive Plant in Kolín

Tiffin University Prague will be going on a Field Trip to the Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automotive plant in Kolín on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. We will meet at the University at 10:30. While the tour of the plant is free there is an 84 CZK charge for transportation to Kolín. Seats are limited so sign up now on Activities board! Program of the visit:• 1st part - 25 min - movie about history and production of cars• 2nd part - 45 min - tour by electric train of production• 3rd part - 10 min Questions & Answer PeriodConditions for excursion: clothing – long sleeves, long trousers, trainers shoes (or other ,,safety“ shoes); taking photographs is prohibited in all areas; no use of alcohol before and during the trip.The tour of the plant starts at 1.15 P.M. We must register 10 minutes before the start of the tour at the main gate of TPCA Czech, so please be on time.
