At the ZHL Bayreuth, our workshops and services are designed to adapt to your schedule and your needs.

🕓 Synchronous workshops range from short, compact sessions (2–3 hours) to intensive formats of up to two full days.
📚 Blended learning formats include flexible prep at home—like pre-reading, tasks, or documenting learning outcomes.

👥 Our individual services are even more adaptable:

Teaching observations include a 90-minute classroom visit + 1-hour feedback session

Consultations can last from one hour to several, with optional prep and follow-up

📜 For certificate programs, one unit equals 45 minutes of total workload—including prep and implementation in your own teaching. The overall time investment? Totally up to you and your goals.
