The Alumni Netzwerk Subsahara Afrika (ANSA e.V.) invites you to our yearly ANSA-conference, this year`s topic:
„Soziales Unternehmertum/Social Entrepreneurship“
05. bis 07.10.2018 in Halle (Saale)
Were you funded by DAAD/PROMOS to study/research/work in an African country? Or are you from an African country and are currently funded by DAAD to study/research in Germany? Then DAAD will cover your accommodation and catering costs, as well as travelling expenses up to 100 Euro. If you never received a scholarship by DAAD/PROMOS, you can participate in the conference as well, but we will not be able to sponsor your travelling and accommodation expenses in that case. (You will also have to organize your accommodation yourself). External participants have to pay a fee of 45 Euro for catering.
Alumni and current scholarship holders also have the possibility to present their own research / projects, which do not have to be related to the overall topic.
Besides the discussions on the conference topic and the participant’s presentations our conferences are mainly about interpersonal exchange. That is why there is a lot of room to get to know each other, for instance during the Team Cooking event in the evening.
The conference is being held in English and German.
Deadline for application is Friday, the 31st of August (if there are still spots left the deadline will be extended. For updated information check the ANSA-website
