KölnAlumni WELTWEIT ist ein vom International Office der Uni Köln initiiertes Netzwerk für internationale Alumni. Als ehemalige internationale Studierende, Graduierte und Forschende haben Sie die Möglichkeit, auch nach Ihrer Rückkehr ins Heimatland mit Ihrer "Uni Köln" in Kontakt und im Dialog zu bleiben und sich mit anderen Ehemaligen zu vernetzen. d noch einmal an die Universität zu Köln zurückzukehren bildet die jährlich stattfindende Summer School, die eine Woche dauert und auf Deutsch stattfindet. Jedes Jahr setzen sich die Teilnehmer/innen mit einem anderen Thema auseinander und beleuchten es im Rahmen von Vorträgen, Workshops und Exkursionen aus einer interdisziplinären Perspektive. Das Thema der diesjährigen Summer School, welche vom 31.07.-04.08.2017 stattfinden wird, ist "Soziale Ungleichheit und Interkulturelle Bildung". Während der Summer School übernehmen wir die Kosten für Unterkunft und Verpflegung (ohne Getränke) sowie für das Fortbildungs- und Rahmenprogramm in Köln. Zusätzlich beteiligen wir uns an Ihren Reisekosten. Die Kurssprache der Summer School ist Deutsch. In recent years, you have studied at the University of Cologne which is very much interested in staying in contact with all former international students. To maintain this contact, we have established a network: KölnAlumni WELTWEIT, a project initiated by the International Office of the University of Cologne. We offer all former international students, graduates and scholars the possibility to keep in touch with the University of Cologne and to become part of this international network. Thus, members of this network are able to participate in our summer school: The 7th KölnAlumni WELTWEIT Summer School will take place from July 31st - August 4th, 2017. The summer school focuses on "Social Inequality and Intercultural Education"; this main topic will be discussed from an interdisciplinary perspective including different courses, workshops and excursions. The board and accommodation expenses will be borne by KölnAlumni WELTWEIT during the time of the summer school. In addition, the travel costs are partially covered. Therefore, only official members of the KölnAlumni WELTWEIT network can apply for the summer school. Hence, you have to join the network if you are interested in this one-week summer program taught in German.
