From ๐ข๐ดโ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, this ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐-๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ, ๐๐๐ผ-๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ seminar will bring together CIPSEM alumni across cohorts in a format that can be followed alongside work commitments.
AS2026 offers the opportunity to work on a real climate adaptation challenge from your own professional context, gain fresh perspectives through peer consultation, and strengthen facilitation, dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving skills through the โNavigating Uncertaintyโ dialogue model.
Participants will also develop a ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐-๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป, exchange with fellow alumni from different countries and sectors, and learn from international adaptation case studies.
An additional incentive: seminar completers are eligible to apply for a ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ-๐๐ผ-๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ of ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ ๐ฎ,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ to support implementation of their action plans.
