CRTD / Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden at TU Dresden Welcome to the official page of the Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden at TU Dresden.

The institute was founded in 2006 as the DFG Research Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden and became a Cluster of Excellence of the Technische Universität Dresden in the same year. It is set up with a unique, interdisciplinary network structure of its own, which so far includes 13 core groups and over 90 member laboratories of several research institutes in Dresden. CRTD members are also eng

aged in teaching at the Technische Universität Dresden, guiding students in the Bachelor’s program in Molecular Biotechnology, the international Master’s programs in Regenerative Biology and Medicine, Molecular Bioengineering and Nanobiophysics, and the PhD program of the Dresden International Graduate School for Biomedicine and Bioengineering. The CRTD is a family friendly place to work: spots in two nearby day care centers, flexible working hours, dual career options, and a babycare room facilitate the compatibility of family and work.
