Wir beide sind mit DyeForYarn Teil der Ausstellung ‚Die Frauen der Hirschenstraße‘, einer Sammlung an Geschichten über die Frauen, die hier in den letzten 150 Jahren gelebt und gearbeitet haben, ihr Handwerk und ihre Läden.

Liebe Kund*innen!

Wir brauchen heute eure Hilfe, um eine Regelung zu stoppen, die unser Aus bedeuten könnte.

Ab 12.08.26 wird es ein EU-weites Gesetz geben, dass alle ‚in-Verkehr-Bringer‘ von Verpackungen (aka Händler*innen) dazu verpflichtet, in allen EU-Mitgliedsstaaten, in die man versendet, einen Verpackungs-Bevollmächtigten zu bezahlen (300€ pro Land pro Jahr).
Auch, wenn wir nur eine Sendung pro Jahr in ein bestimmtes EU-Land schicken, müssen wir für dieses Land diese 300€ bezahlen.

Wir sind große Fans der EU, ohne den Binnenmarkt gäbe es uns nicht. ABER das ist für Kleinstunternehmen, wie wir es sind, nicht leistbar.
Entweder müssten wir diverse EU-Länder ausschließen oder hohe Versandkosten einführen, um diese Zusatzkosten zu kompensieren.

Es gibt eine Petition und wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr dort unterschreiben würdet. Wir hoffen, wir bekommen das Ruder noch rumgerissen, bevor es uns an den Kragen geht.
