Liebe Alle,
ab sofort & bis Freitag, 06.11.2020 um 12 Uhr könnt ihr euch für die Wahl in euren Fachschaftsrat und das Studierendenparlament bewerben!
Das StuPa (Studierendenparlament) regelt legislativ (also rahmengebend) die Angelegenheiten der Studierendenschaft. Es beschließt zum Beispiel die Höhe des Semesterbeitrags, den Haushalt der Studierendenschaft, wählt den AStA und lässt sich regelmäßig über dessen Arbeit berichten. Außerdem verwaltet das StuPa das Projektbudget, über das jede*r Studi die Finanzierung von Projekten und Anschaffungen für die Studierendenschaft beantragen kann.
Die FSRe (Fachschaftsräte) gibt es für jedes Studienprogramm. Sie organisieren Veranstaltungen und Projekte für die Studierenden ihres Studiengangs, stehen im Austausch mit den Lehrenden und der Programmgeschäftsführung, verwalten z.B. Altklausurensammlungen und vieles mehr!
Um euch zu bewerben, füllt einfach die entsprechenden Formulare (im Anhang der Mail vom 28.10.20) aus und schickt sie ausgefüllt & unterschrieben an [email protected]. Bewerbungen von Erstsemester-Studierenden sind ausdrücklich erwünscht! ;)
Die Bekanntmachung der Kandidaturen erfolgt am 14.11.2020.
Außerdem eine kleine Ankündigung für alle Studierenden:
Die Wahl findet in diesem Jahr ausschließlich als Briefwahl statt! Dies bedeutet, dass ihr automatisch Briefwahlunterlagen an eure bei der HCU in ahoi hinterlegte Adresse zugeschickt bekommt. Falls ihr die Briefwahlunterlagen lieber an eine andere Adresse geschickt haben möchtet (bspw. an eure Heimatadresse), müsst ihr dies formlos in einer Mail an [email protected] beantragen (Frist: 11. November 2020, 12:00!). Den Unterlagen liegt ein Rücksendeumschlag bei und ihr müsst keinerlei Portokosten bezahlen.

Dear All,
from now on and until Friday, 06.11.2020 at 12 pm you can apply for election to your student council (FSR) and student parliament (StuPa)!
The StuPa (student parliament) regulates the affairs of the student body in a legislative (i.e. frame-giving) way. For example, it decides on the amount of the semester fee, the budget of the student body, elects the student union and receives regular reports on its work. In addition, the StuPa administers the project budget, through which every student can apply for funding for projects and purchases for the student body.
The FSRs (student councils) exist for each study program. They organize events and projects for the students of their study program, are in exchange with the teachers and the program management, manage e.g. old exam collections and much more!
To apply, simply fill out the appropriate forms (attached to the mail from 28.10.20) and send them filled out & signed to [email protected]. Applications from first semester students are explicitly welcome! ;)
The announcement of the candidatures will be on 14.11.2020.
Also a small announcement for all students:
This year, the election will take place exclusively by mail vote! This means that you will automatically be sent postal voting documents to your address registered with the HCU in ahoi. If you prefer to have the ballot papers sent to another address (e.g. your home address), you have to request this informally in an email to [email protected] (deadline: November 11, 2020, 12:00!). A return envelope will be enclosed and you will not have to pay any postage.
