👉 Ticket neu abrufen & speichern, sonst wird’s ungültig und teuer 👀
❗ Schon letztes Semester in der Wallet gehabt?
Dann unbedingt neu downloaden, sonst verschwindet es automatisch. Ab dem 01.09!
📲 So ruft ihr euer Ticket ab:
1️⃣ asta-hsh.de/ticket öffnen (Link in der Bio)
2️⃣ Matrikelnummer eingeben
3️⃣ Geburtsdatum (TT.MM.JJJJ) eingeben
4️⃣ Fertig 🎉
👉 Bitte beachtet:
✔️ Ticket gilt nur mit amtlichem Lichtbildausweis (z. B. Personalausweis, Reisepass oder Führerschein)
✔️ Bei verspäteter Zahlung oder offenen Beträgen ist das Ticket erst nach Freischaltung abrufbar
✔️ Falscher oder unvollständiger Name? → Dezernat 3, J-Gebäude, Studierendenzentrum, 1. Etage, Raum 1.01

Then you definitely need to download it again, otherwise it will disappear automatically.
📲 How to access your ticket:
1️⃣ Go to asta-hsh.de/ticket (link in bio)
2️⃣ Enter your student ID number
3️⃣ Enter your date of birth (DD.MM.YYYY)
4️⃣ Done 🎉
👉 Please note:
✔️ The ticket is only valid together with an official photo ID (e.g. ID card, passport, or driver’s license)
✔️ If your semester fee was paid late or there are outstanding payments, the ticket will only be available after activation by the student administration
✔️ Wrong or incomplete name? → Contact Department 3, J Building, Student Center, 1st floor, Room 1.01
