Prof. Ute Hüsken in the new issue of 'Ruperto Carola'

ON & OFF – a seemingly simple principle that influences many processes and is, therefore, used in a variety of ways in science. As one of 21 scientists featured in the university’s research magazine “Ruperto Carola,” Prof. Ute Hüsken discusses her research area of Indology. In a cross-disciplinary interview with neurobiologist Prof. Hilmar Bading, she discusses the modes of 'on' and 'off' as research methods. Central to her approach is the significance of rites of passage for the beginning of new life phases as well as for posterity.
