❓How can we discuss decolonization and reflect on Latin American identities when looking at Bad Bunny? What does a U.S. banana company in Guatemala have to do with Trump’s intervention in Venezuela?

👀 25 students from Fichte-Gymnasium explored these questions during a workshop at Karlshochschule International University, where they got a glimpse of what it might be like to study our new certificate program Latin America.

💼 Moreover, Manuel Neumann from the chamber of commerce Karlsruhe further detailed why international competences in LATAM region is important for a future career.

Digitaler Alltag zwischen Komfort, Kontrolle und Datenmacht. 💻 Darum geht es bei der neuen Ausgabe digiTALK am 21. Mai ab 19 Uhr.

Wie nutzt die Polizei datengetriebene Software? Wie wird WLAN zur Analyse und Nachverfolgung genutzt? Und wie können digitale Identitäten geschützt werden? 🔐Zusammen mit Partnern aus Wissenschaft und Praxis werfen wir in drei Impulsen einen differenzierten Blick auf alltägliche digitale Überwachung und Datensammlung.

Kommt und diskutiert mit! Welche Perspektiven fehlen? Wo liegen Chancen, wo Risiken? Wir freuen uns auf eure Fragen und Erfahrungen!
