- How to measure it’s (financial) impact?
- What is Commercial Excellence and how to make sure that Marketing and Sales (and all other departments) work together and are truly customer oriented?
- Who should control pricing?
- What should we do if your competitors increase their prices?

Those and many more extremely relevant questions were answered today by Martin Horrocks and Dr. Vinay Singh from BASF Agricultural Solutions in my MBA Course. We had very lively and fantastic discussion with lots of new insight. Thank you very much! It was great!
