A heartfelt thank you to all the exceptional teams that participated in the Nuremberg Moot Court 2026! 🌍⚖️
This year's edition once again brought together 130 outstanding law students from 34 universities from 25 countries, each contributing unique perspectives and exceptional advocacy. The level of preparation, legal analysis and professionalism demonstrated throughout the competition was a testament to the global commitment to international criminal law and the enduring legacy of the Nuremberg Principles.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the distinguished judges of the finals for their invaluable expertise and thoughtful deliberations, making this competition an enriching experience for all participants.
🏆 We are proud to congratulate the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka), who emerged as this year's champions. Their team—Gevindu Pitiduwa Gamage, Sahanma Perumbuli Achchige and Zaman Mohamed Nazar, coached by Buthmini Levhara Mohotty and Mahin De Silva—delivered outstanding performances throughout the competition.
🥈 Congratulations also to the runners-up, the UNSWUniversity of New South Wales (Australia), represented by Simon Wilton, Will Martin and Rowan Gray, coached by Jason D**g.
