Building connections that continue beyond the classroom.

Our recent Gisma Alumni Evening brought together alumni, students and members of our community for an evening of meaningful conversations, career insights and new connections.

We were pleased to welcome Cindy Nicole, Career Relationships Speaker and former adidas Manager, who shared valuable perspectives from her professional journey and the importance of resilience in building a career.

The alumni panel featured Pritika Timsina, founder of Red Orca IT and graduate of Gisma’s BSc Data Science, AI and Digital Business, and Mahyar Maleki, founder of Gubly/Gulby and graduate of the MSc Business Management & Project Management programme.

Their different experiences highlighted the many paths a career can take after graduation, from entrepreneurship and technology to professional development and leadership.

A special thank you to our Career Development Centre for organising the evening and creating a valuable space for our alumni to reconnect, share their experiences and engage with the wider Gisma community.

Thank you to Cindy, Pritika, Mahyar and everyone who joined us for making the evening a meaningful one.

We look forward to continuing to strengthen our alumni community and creating more opportunities to connect, learn and share.
