Contracts and agreements shape the reality of every creative project. Usually, these are preceded by often nerve-wrecking negotiations. What if there was a way to handle negotiations with more ease and confidence?

Last week, we welcomed 9 participants to Berlin for an intense 3-day workshop in Berlin on negotiation techniques, the psychological dynamics behind it and the legal considerations and business interests of each negotiating party. The workshop was headed by attorney and business mediator Prof. Dr. Ulrich Michel (Noerr LLP) as well as legal expert and consult Wendy Bernfeld (Rights Stuff) with the support of sales agent Tine Klint (LevelK).
