🌱 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. This afternoon, our Impact Hackathon on Hermannswerder came to an end. We’re still buzzing from what was created here!
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁?
Three interdisciplinary teams of students and researchers from all fields developed solutions at the intersection of faith, education and administration. No prior knowledge was required, just motivation, creativity and team spirit.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?
🔹 After a short orientation phase, the teams interviewed people directly affected by the challenges to truly understand them.
🔹 In an intensive working phase, they turned those insights into solutions.
🔹 At the end, all teams presented their results together in front of the foundation.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀?
The Hoffbauer-Stiftung , which reached out to us through the Partnerkreis „Industrie & Wirtschaft“ of the University of Potsdam.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁?
The concepts the teams developed are highly promising. They have the potential to become part of the foundation’s employees‘ daily work. We hope they grow into concrete, future-proof applications.
