Die Initiative für Mehrsprachigkeit und Kulturaustausch uM die ecKe! gründete sich 2011 aus den internationalen Studiengängen der Universität Regensburg.

uM die ecKe! veranstaltet zwei Mal im Monat das Regensburger Sprachcafé, bei dem sich etwa 70 Sprachbegeisterte in bis zu 20 verschiedenen Sprachen austauschen.Viele Sprachen zur selben Zeit, an nur einem Ort. Sich ungezwungen in neuen und bekannten Fremdsprachen üben und interessanten Menschen begegnen – das uM die ecKe! -Sprachcafé bietet den Ort dazu. Außerdem organisieren wir regelmäßig eine mehrsprachige Lesebühne "FremdWortMachtKunst".
