🌍 Technology Request | Innovative Solutions for Cold Food Preparation

A large catering, school meal and canteen operator from northern Germany is searching for innovative solutions that enable the cold preparation of sauces and other food products. The objective is to achieve the desired texture and shelf life without heating while reducing energy consumption, processing time and the overall CO₂ footprint.
The company is particularly interested in novel cold-processing methods, functional ingredients such as natural stabilisers, emulsifiers or enzymes, as well as technologies based on pressure, ultrasound or specialised mixing processes. These solutions should help minimise the use of artificial additives and support clean-label food concepts.
