🌟 Meet Dr. Valentin Seidler! 🌍 With a rich background as an international humanitarian and development expert, Valentin has served with the International Red Cross Movement across diverse regions including the Balkans, Central Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Brussels. 💼 Currently, he brings his expertise to the Department of International Relations at the Central European University in Vienna as an international political economist. 🎓 Valentin holds degrees in Business Administration and Political Science, along with a PhD in Economics.

🌟 Introducing Dr. Yuki Seidler! With a practical and academic background in global and public health, Yuki brings a wealth of experience to the table. 🌍 She’s worked with the International Red Cross Movement in countries like Afghanistan, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, and Thailand, and completed her doctorate in public health in Vienna, Austria. 🎓 Yuki’s extensive teaching and training experience in higher education cover topics such as health inequalities, global health, health and migration, and participatory methods. 💼 Currently, she serves as a community engaged research manager and lecturer at the Central European University.

🌟 Meet Prof. Andre Schmidt, a distinguished figure in economics! 📈 Currently serving as the Chair of Macroeconomics and International Economics at Witten/Herdecke University since 2008. 🎓 With a Ph.D. from the University of Hohenheim in 1997 and habilitation from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in 2004, his expertise spans academia and beyond. 🌍 Prof. Schmidt’s committee work, including serving as Dean of the Faculty of Economics, reflects his dedication to the field. 📰 He’s also a recognized press expert in competition policy, environmental policy, European economic policy, international trade policy, and more. 🏆 Prof. Schmidt’s contributions underscore his significant impact in economics.
