المعهد العالي للعلوم أوّل جامعة جزائرية خاصّة متعدّدة الميادين معتمَدة من طرف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ابتداء من تاريخ 26 نوفمبر 2019 تحت رقم 1951

في إطار التكوين المتواصل، يركز "المعهد العالي للعلوم" باعتباره جامعةً
بحثية خاصة، على تقديم أجود البرامج التدريبية و التكوينية المهنية، في قطاعات متعددة، ذات محتوى غني و هادف، مصممة لتلائم الاحتياجات والأهداف الخاصة بـ المتكونين، من أجل تعزيز المعرفة المهنية، المهارات وغرس الكفاءات للأفراد، المجموعات أو الفرق المعنية
- ''Higher Institute of Sciences'' -HIS- est la première université privée algérienne pluridisciplinaire agréée par le ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, à partir du 26 novembre 2019 sous le n° 1951.
- L'université veille à offrir un niveau d'éducation et de recherche de haute qualité et inculque à ses diplômés un sens profond du leadership, de la responsabilité entrepreneuriale, du bénévolat, ainsi que le concept de formation continue et d'apprentissage constant.
