The Journal of Work and Entrepreneurship Research (JWER) invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original and high-quality manuscripts for publication in Issue 1 of Volume 2. The journal is committed to advancing scientific knowledge in the fields of work studies, organizational analysis, entrepreneurship, and related socio-economic transformations.
The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, and methodological contributions that demonstrate scientific rigor and rely on solid evidence. Interdisciplinary perspectives connecting sociology, organizational studies, management, economics, labor studies, and entrepreneurship are highly encouraged.
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
Sociology of work and labor transformations
Organizational behavior and organizational change
Entrepreneurship, innovation, and small business studies
Digitalization, automation, and the future of work
Informal economy and emerging organizational forms
Employment relations, labor markets, and workforce development
Methodological advances in work and organizational research
Submission Requirements:
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Submissions must follow the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
The journal accepts manuscripts in English.
