It will now take place on Monday, 22 June at 8:30 AM instead of Tuesday, 23 June at 8:30 AM.

The venue remains unchanged: Room A7.

📢 Important Announcement for Master 2 Students — Viva (Dissertation Defense) Procedures

Please find below the ministerial instruction regarding the organization of dissertation defenses at Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia University — Jijel.

⚠️ Important note: Only parents are permitted to attend the viva. Other family members and children are not allowed in the defense venues.

All students are kindly requested to read the instructions carefully and comply with them strictly, to ensure that defenses proceed smoothly in an organized and responsible academic setting.

📢 Announcement — S2 Resit Exam Timetables 2025/2026

Dear students,

The Semester 2 resit exam timetables are now available for the following levels:

🔹 Bachelor (Licence) Year 1
🔹 Bachelor (Licence) Year 2
🔹 Bachelor (Licence) Year 3
🔹 Master 1 — Didactics

🗓️ Exams will take place from Sunday, 14th June to Wednesday, 24th June 2026. Please check your level’s timetable carefully (see attached images) for the dates, times, groups, and venues of your exams.

⚠️ Important note: Should the 1st of Muharram fall on Wednesday, 17th June 2026, the exams scheduled for that day will be brought forward to Tuesday, 16th June 2026, at the same times and in the same venues.

✅ Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each exam, and bring your student ID with you.

📣 إعلان هام — تنظيم مناقشات مذكرات التخرج

يُعلم قسم اللغة الإنجليزية وآدابها جميع طلبته المقبلين على مناقشة مذكرات التخرج بالالتزام الصارم بما يلي:

منع إدخال الحلويات وتنظيم الولائم أو الحفلات داخل الفضاءات الجامعية.
منع استعمال الألعاب النارية، المزامير، الدخان الملون، والأشرطة الاحتفالية.
منع استخدام مكبرات الصوت وأجهزة الموسيقى داخل الحرم الجامعي.
منع كراء لباس التخرج والتصوير التجاري غير القانوني داخل الجامعة.
⚠️ في حال المخالفة، يتعرض الطالب للمثول أمام المجالس التأديبية.
