التكوين المهني… شريك أساسي في بناء إفريقيا الغد
تشارك وزارة التكوين والتعليم المهنيين في النسخة الرابعة من المؤتمر الإفريقي للشركات الناشئة، من خلال حضور رسمي ووازن في الجلسات الرئيسية، والحوارات الإستراتيجية رفيعة المستوى، إضافة إلى ورشات العمل المتخصصة التي تهدف إلى تطوير المواهب، وتحفيز الابتكار، وتعزيز المهارات المهنية عبر القارة الإفريقية.
وتسعى الوزارة، من خلال هذه المشاركة، إلى عرض رؤيتها لمستقبل قائم على تنمية الكفاءات، وإلى تعزيز التعاون مع مختلف الشركاء الإقليميين والدوليين الداعمين لتمكين الشباب وترسيخ النمو الاقتصادي المستدام.
وتتمحور أبرز محاور المساهمة فيما يلي:
- مراكز الامتياز كمنصات للابتكار والمسارات التكوينية المتقدمة،
- تعزيز مهارات ومعايير WorldSkills Africa،
- آليات عملية لترقية قابلية تشغيل الشباب
- رؤى استراتيجية حول مستقبل المهارات والاقتصاد في إفريقيا،
- برامج تكوينية متقدمة موجّهة للمتربصين الأفارقة.
وتؤكد الوزارة التزامها بدعم القدرات الإفريقية وبناء كفاءات مهنية قادرة على مواجهة تحديات المستقبل والمساهمة في التنمية القارية.

Vocational Training: A Key Partner in Shaping Africa’s Future
The Ministry of Vocational Training and Education is taking part in the fourth edition of the African Startups Conference, marking its presence in the main sessions, high-level strategic dialogues, and specialized workshops designed to nurture talent, drive innovation, and strengthen professional skills across the continent.
Through this participation, the Ministry aims to showcase its vision for a future driven by skills development while reinforcing collaboration with regional and international partners dedicated to youth empowerment and sustainable economic growth.

- Centers of excellence as hubs for innovation and advanced training pathways
- Enhancing the skills and standards of WorldSkills Africa
- Practical initiatives to boost youth employability
- Strategic perspectives on the future of skills and Africa’s economy
