The Clinical Pharmacy Students' Union of Cairo University The clinical pharmacy students' union is an idea with a single main purpose; to allow the Clinical students have the best 5 years of their life.

The clinical pharmacy students' union was an idea that sprung in several students between their 3rd and 4th years, with persistence and support from the Dean of the faculty; it was finally founded in 2011 with a single main purpose; to allow the Clinical students have the best 5 years of their life. During the past period the Students’ Union solidified its structure, suggested new and different ap

proaches to student policies, organized social, athletic, and academic events, made close relations with international and regional student organizations and prepared new action plans annually throughout the year.

تم انعقاد محاضرة تعريفية لسنة الامتياز PharmD-Clinical بكلية الصيدلة جامعة القاهرة
وكان مضمونها كالآتي : 👇

١. يتم التوزيع المركزي لطلاب الصيدلة في جمهورية مصر العربية بناء على النسبة المئوية لكل طالب و ليس cGPA نظراً لاختلاف نظام حساب ال GPA من جامعة إلى أخرى
٢. سيتم التوزيع وفقا للإمكان المتاحة في كل مجال من مجالات الدورات التدريبية.

٣. فترة الامتياز تنقسم ل٦ دورات
(٤ دورات اجبارية و دورتين اختيارتين)
مدة كل دورة ٦ اسابيع بداية من اكتوبر ٢٠٢٤ وتنتهي في يونيو ٢٠٢٥
و بداية من مارس ٢٠٢٥ إلى نوڤمبر ٢٠٢٥ للطلبة الذين سيتخلفوا عن التخرج قبل شهر اكتوبر.

٥. الدورات بالنسبة للصيدلة الإكلينيكية هى
* Institutional (pharmacy) based rotation.
* Clinical pharmacy rotation in adult general medicine
* Drug tour from registration to the market
* Two elective rotations in the field of clinical pharmacy
* Applied project

٦. الدورات الاختيارية تتضمن عددا من التخصصات سوف يتم طرحها طبقا لما يتم الموافقة عليه مع جهات التدريب. على سبيل المثال الحالات الحرجة، أمراض القلب، الأورام، أمراض الاطفال، و غيرها...

حيث يضع الطالب اختيارات ويتم اجراء عمليات تنسيق طبقا للأماكن المتاحة والنسبة المئوية للطالب.

٧. يتشترط اجتياز المتدرب للدورة الاجبارية في الصيدلة الاكلينيكية في الطب العام للكبار حتى يتمكن من البدء في الدورات الاختيارية

٨. بالنسبة للمشروع التطبيقي في لطلبة برنامج الصيدلية الاكلينيكية، يجب أن يتم اجراؤه في نفس ذات المجال (الصيدلة الاكلينيكية)، ويجوز أن يكون فرديا او في مجموعة تصل الى ١٠ طلاب كحد أقصى.

٩. التوزيع المتدربين على الدورات يتم وفقا للنسبة المئوية والأماكن المتاحة وفي نهاية السنة التدريبية يحصل المتدرب على شهادة إتمام للدورات.

١٠. يجب الا تقل مدة التدريب في كل دورة عن ١٨٠ ساعة.

١١. يشترط لاجتياز كل دورة تدريبية الحصول على ٦٠٪؜ من اجمالي التقييم ونسبة الغياب في كل دورة يجب أن لا تتعدى ٢٥٪؜ .
١٢. في حالة عدم اجتياز دورة أو أكثر، فإنه يلزم التسجيل فيها في برنامج تدريبي لاحق.
١٣. يتم الإشراف على تدريب الصيادلة من قِبل عضو هيئة تدريب، مرشد اكاديمي، وهيئة معاونة.

١٤. يمكن للطالب سواء كان وافد او مصري ان يقضي كل أو جزء من فترة تدريبه خارج مصر ولكنه يتحمل المسئولية كاملة بأن يتم الاخذ بالاعتبار المعايير الموجودة في جمهورية مصر العربية .

١٥. الطالب المصري المسجل بكلية الصيدلة جامعة القاهرة معفي من تكاليف الدورات التجريبية.

١٦. بكالريوس pharm D ليست مساوية للدرجة المهنية الpharm D (عامين).

١٧. على صيدلي الامتياز أن يجتاز امتحان مزاولة المهنة المعد من قبل المجلس الصحي المصري حتى يتسنى له مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة.

Why you should join a student activity while studying?

During your 5-year courses, you should aim to acquire 3 main skills:

1. Scientific content and that’s through education or trainings within the pharmaceutical field

2. Soft skills such as teamwork, presentation, communication, negotiation, leadership and marketing skills

3. Hard skills such as designing, editing and IT skills

The latter is gained via volunteering and joining student activities.

Will that really enhance my performance?

Since you’re a clinical pharmacist, other than having a scientific base to build evidence to your work, you’ll be dealing with physicians and nurses which requires teamwork. You’ll find difficulty dealing with physicians therefore communication, negotiation and marketing skills are a-must to support your opinions.

Our first gift for CPSUCU 🚨
In collaboration with Misr Pharmacies and Seif Pharmacies , a mid-year mixed modality pharmacy training will be held exclusively for Clinical Pharmacy Students & others

🚨Training details🚨
- commitment is a must.
- Training starts on 3rd February for two weeks.
- Trainees will claim a "100 hours training" certificate.
