CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ERASMUS+ MOBILITY PROGRAM
According to the Erasmus Agreement between Ain Shams University, Egypt and Tallinn University, Estonia, FOUR students will have the opportunity to study at Tallinn University in the Spring 2027 semester.
The mobility of students is fully funded by the Erasmus Agreement.
Students are expected to study and complete five courses during the Spring 2027 Semester at Tallinn University. Details for course selection included in the Application Form.
Length of Stay: From 25th of January to 22nd of May 2027.
Who Can Apply?
- Students of the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University.
- Female Students must be in their 3rd or 4th year during the Fall 2026 Semester.
- Male Students must be in their 3rd year in the Fall 2026 Semester, or in their 4th year but have a finalized and complete military service exemption.
- Please Note: Applicants should have a valid passport by October 5th, 2026.
Criteria for Selection:
- Language proficiency (B1 Level): To be determined by Tallinn University via an online interview with shortlisted students;
- Seriousness of intent communicated in a Letter of Intention and in an interview for shortlisted students;
- Intercultural competency and tolerance of different cultures; and
- Preparedness for study abroad (commitment, acceptance of responsibility, flexibility).
How to Apply?

2) Prepare an academic transcript of the courses completed so far in .pdf format (screenshots from UMS Account)
3) Send the Application Form and the Academic Transcript via email to [email protected]
4) Please follow these instructions for the email:
- Subject Line: Erasmus Application – [First+Last Name]
- Email Body must include your full name in Arabic and English, as well as your ID Number and Level
- Rename the Application Form: [First+LastName] - DELL - ERASMUS+ Application Form
- Rename the Academic Transcript Document: [First+LastName] – Academic Transcript
- Send both the Application Form and Academic Transcript as attachments in .pdf format.
5) APPLICATION DEADLINE: 22nd of September, 2026.
6) In addition to the soft copy submitted by email, a hard copy of these documents should be handed in to the Department Secretary Mr. Hamada no later than 22nd of September 2026. (In a plastic pocket, no need for a file.)
7) Shortlisted Students will be contacted to sit for an interview.
