AKL Auto Feeding Industries is looking for a sales coordinator.

The main purpose:
Manage and coordinate OEM orders, ensuring contract ex*****on, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction through smooth coordination and communication.

Job Description:
- Manage and track OEM orders to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries at the agreed price and track their payment method.
- Communicate with the relevant departments to ensure that supply orders are delivered to the customer on time and monitor the delivery process.
- Conduct comprehensive sales analysis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) for companies to uncover expansion opportunities, enhance engagement, and recommend new products tailored to their needs
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to understand their needs enhances relationships and increases future contract opportunities.
- Analyze monthly KPIs to assess sales performance, track progress toward targets, evaluate operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and excellent after-sales support.
- Contributing to determining the proposed price offers that achieve the highest profit.

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- A must be proficient in dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and computer programs.
- Priority for SAP BYD system users.
- Proficiency in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
- Report generation (analytical and statistical skills).

Work Location:
Mansoura Factory.

Work style:
· Full-time
· 8 hours per day
