في إطار تعزيز الوعي بالمشروعات القومية وربط الدراسة الأكاديمية بالتطبيق العملي.. جامعة شرق بورسعيد الأهلية تنظم زيارة علمية لمزارع الفيروز للاستزراع السمكي بشرق بورسعيد 🌍🐟
تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ عاطف علم الدين – رئيس الجامعة، وبمشاركة الدكتورة/ سلمى خير الله – مدير برنامج المختبرات الطبية بكلية العلوم الصحية التطبيقية، ولفيف من أعضاء الجهاز الأكاديمي والإداري، إلى جانب طلاب أسرة طلاب من أجل مصر، نظمت الجامعة زيارة علمية إلى مزارع الفيروز للاستزراع السمكي بشرق بورسعيد.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار حرص الجامعة على تعزيز الجانب التطبيقي لدى الطلاب، وتنمية وعيهم بالمشروعات القومية الكبرى التي تنفذها الدولة المصرية، بما يسهم في ربط المعرفة الأكاديمية بالواقع العملي، وإعداد كوادر قادرة على المساهمة الفاعلة في مسيرة التنمية الشاملة.
وخلال الزيارة، اطلع الوفد على أحد أكبر مشروعات الاستزراع السمكي في الشرق الأوسط، والذي يمتد على مساحة تُقدَّر بنحو 26 ألف فدان، ويضم آلاف الأحواض السمكية المتطورة، بما يجعله نموذجًا وطنيًا رائدًا في دعم الأمن الغذائي وزيادة الإنتاج السمكي وفق أحدث المعايير والتقنيات العالمية.
كما استمعوا إلى شرح تفصيلي حول منظومة العمل داخل المشروع، ومراحل الإنتاج المختلفة بدايةً من المفرخات ورعاية الزريعة، مرورًا بعمليات التربية والتغذية والمتابعة البيطرية، وصولًا إلى مراحل الحصاد والتعبئة والتجهيز، بما يعكس حجم الإمكانات الفنية والتكنولوجية التي يتمتع بها المشروع.
وأكد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عاطف علم الدين أن الجامعة تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بالزيارات العلمية والميدانية باعتبارها أحد أهم أدوات التعلم والتدريب العملي، مشيرًا إلى أن التعرف على النماذج الوطنية الناجحة والمشروعات القومية العملاقة يسهم في توسيع مدارك الطلاب وتعزيز قدرتهم على الربط بين الدراسة الأكاديمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل.
وقد أشاد وفد الجامعة بما شاهده من مستوى متقدم في الإدارة والتشغيل، والدقة في تطبيق معايير الجودة والاستدامة البيئية، مؤكدين أن مشروع الفيروز يمثل أحد الإنجازات التنموية المهمة التي تعكس جهود الدولة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
وفي ختام الزيارة، أعرب وفد جامعة شرق بورسعيد الأهلية عن خالص الشكر والتقدير للقائمين على مزارع الفيروز للاستزراع السمكي على حسن الاستقبال والتنظيم، مثمنين ما قدموه من معلومات وخبرات أسهمت في إثراء المعرفة لدى الطلاب وتعزيز استفادتهم من هذه التجربة العلمية المتميزة. 🇪🇬✨
In the framework of raising awareness of national development projects and linking academic study with practical application, East Port Said National University organized a scientific field visit to Al-Fayrouz Fish Farming Project in East Port Said.
Under the patronage of Prof. Atef Alam El-Din, President of the University, and with the participation of Dr. Salma Khairallah, Director of the Medical Laboratories Program at the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences, along with members of the academic and administrative staff and students of the Students for Egypt Family, the University organized a scientific visit to Al-Fayrouz Fish Farming Project in East Port Said.
This visit reflects the University’s commitment to enhancing students’ practical skills and increasing their awareness of the major national projects being implemented by the Egyptian state. It also aims to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications and prepare qualified graduates capable of contributing effectively to the nation’s comprehensive development efforts.
During the visit, the delegation explored one of the largest aquaculture projects in the Middle East, spanning approximately 26,000 feddans and comprising thousands of advanced fish ponds. The project serves as a pioneering national model for supporting food security and increasing fish production in accordance with the latest international standards and technologies.
The participants also received a detailed overview of the project’s operational system and various production stages, beginning with hatcheries and fry care, followed by fish rearing, feeding, and veterinary supervision, and concluding with harvesting, packaging, and processing. This highlighted the project’s advanced technical and technological capabilities.
Prof. Atef Alam El-Din emphasized that the University places great importance on scientific and field visits as essential tools for experiential learning and practical training. He noted that exposure to successful national models and major development projects broadens students’ perspectives and strengthens their ability to connect academic studies with labor market requirements.
The University delegation highly praised the project’s advanced management and operational systems, as well as its commitment to quality standards and environmental sustainability. They affirmed that Al-Fayrouz Project represents one of Egypt’s significant developmental achievements, reflecting the state’s efforts to enhance food security and support the national economy.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation from East Port Said National University expressed its sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Al-Fayrouz Fish Farming Project for their warm hospitality and excellent organization. They also commended the valuable information and expertise shared during the visit, which enriched students’ knowledge and maximized the benefits gained from this distinguished educational experience.
