A journey through international flavors and culinary traditions 🌍🍴
In these photos, our MS in Culinary Arts students showcase their hands-on work by preparing a variety of globally inspired dishes: grilled pak choi with oriental dressing and peanuts, reina pepiada arepas with braised turkey cold cuts, and whole black rice served with a warm goat cheese salad, kumquat confit, and orange vinaigrette.
Each plate tells a story of technique, creativity, and cultural exploration — a true reflection of the learning happening inside the kitchen!
