DevOps Engineer ➡️ We are looking for a DevOps engineer to participate in the definition and implementation of the RD-Connect Genome-Phenome Analysis Platform (GPAP) and 3TR infrastructures.

The selected candidate will work on improving the infrastructure that supports GPAP platform and it will help with the automation of dataflow from sequencers and user submission to the HDFS/Ceph and Elasticsearch clusters.

- Filtrar y priorizar datos genómicos de pacientes con enfermedades raras integrando información clínica estandarizada.
- Familiarizarse con el uso de redes de identificación de variantes y pacientes similares a nivel internacional (Beacon y Matchmaker exchange).

✍️Immune cell atlas of human cancers created for precision oncology

Our Single Cell Genomics Team has created a classification system that can help predict the immunotherapy response and prognosis of cancer to a level that exceeds current methods.

The study is led by Holger Heyn and features , a tool developed by Marc Elosua at the , used to visualise the gene expression of cells in tumour cross-sections.
