Crecer profesionalmente, conectar con otras culturas, formar parte de un equipo que te acompañará más allá del aula son algunos de los insights que nos dejan Alessandro Baudo y Ana María Gelvez tras decidir embarcarse en nuestro programa de MBA.

🔸 El año pasado, Alessandro empezó a sentir la necesidad de crecer, tanto profesional como personalmente, y encontró en nuestro programa el mejor match para avanzar en esa dirección.

🔸 Ana María destaca la riqueza de sumergirse en otra cultura tras venir desde Colombia, concibiendo esta decisión, también, como una oportunidad de inmersión en otra cultura y otra forma de hacer negocios. Pero sobre todo, valora el grupo que ya se ha creado: conexiones que sabe que perdurarán mucho más allá del programa.

¿Qué motiva a un profesional consolidado a embarcarse en un Executive MBA?
¡Así lo viven Daniel Amador y Joaquín D. Bonelli Blasco!

🔸 Daniel ha vivido un crecimiento profesional acelerado en los últimos años. Pasó de vendedor a director en solo cinco. Ahora busca ponerle estructura a todo ese recorrido y aprovechar el momento para hacer ese MBA que llevaba tiempo en su to-do list.

🔸 Joaquín estuvo a punto de fundar una empresa a partir de los resultados de su tesis doctoral. Aunque el proyecto no llegó a materializarse, esa espinita sigue ahí. Por eso quiere profundizar en management y empresa para aplicarlo a la creación de spin-offs del sector biomédico.

Dos trayectorias y dos motivaciones distintas: pero una misma decisión. 🚀

¡Así vivieron Laura Real y Esther Collado el arranque de su Executive MBA en la UPF-BSM!

🔸 Para Laura, lo más valioso ha sido el contacto personal: ponerle cara a los compañeros y compañeras con quienes compartirá los próximos 18 meses, en un entorno cuidado que transmite tranquilidad y confianza desde el primer momento.

🔸 Esther, por su parte, destaca la sintonía entre la visión y los valores de la escuela y su propio perfil profesional. Una señal clara de haber tomado la decisión correcta.

Dos voces que reflejan la fuerza de una promoción en la que las mujeres son mayoría (53%) muy por encima de la media europea (42%). Porque liderar el cambio también empieza por cómo se configura el aula.

Aunque conciben esta oportunidad de maneras distintas, tanto Laura como Esther comparten una misma certeza: este es el lugar. ¡Bienvenidas! 🚀
