One of our favourite moments from induction week. New students, sticky notes, and big goals for the future.

We kicked off the semester with a vision board workshop where students wrote down their goals and presented them to the room. A great way to start getting to know each other and set the tone for what is coming.

We asked our ESEI students what their favourite thing about Barcelona is. Watch to see what they said.

Barcelona is one of the most popular cities in Europe for international students and it is easy to see why. From the beaches and the food to the architecture, the culture and the lifestyle, there is something about this city that gets under your skin. At ESEI International Business School, students come from all over the world to study business in English in Barcelona and most of them say the city itself ends up being just as important as the degree.

We are still not over Fall 2026 Induction!

Last week ESEI International Business School officially welcomed the Fall 2026 cohort to Barcelona. 31 nationalities. One international community. And a semester that is just getting started.

Induction week is always one of our favourite moments of the year. Watching students arrive from all over the world, meet each other for the first time, and begin what for many will be one of the most defining experiences of their lives, it never gets old.

We cannot wait to see what this group builds over the next few months.

Do you need a visa to study in Spain? It depends on where you are from.

If you are from the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you are good to go. Everyone else will need a Spanish student visa, applied for through your local consulate. Non-EU students should start the process at least 6 to 8 months before their programme begins.

When the Fall intake has 31 different nationalities, a flag guessing game gets very competitive very fast.

At ESEI International Business School in Barcelona, every semester brings together a new group of international students from all over the world to study business in English. This Fall 2026 intake alone has students arriving from 31 different countries. That means 31 different cultures, 31 different perspectives, and one very intense flag guessing game.
