At the beginning of April, we launched the first stage of the project within the 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗙𝗣 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, an initiative by the that promotes cooperation between Technical Education ( ) centers and companies to solve real-world challenges and drive applied innovation.
Under the title "Collaborative creation of 3D printing profiles for tooling with technical and sustainable materials," and BCN3D are participating as a technological partner, providing the industrial tools and expertise necessary to connect professional education with the reality of
During the initial phase on April 8th, we hosted a delegation of 30 students and faculty members from , , , , and at our facilities in Lleida. The technical immersion program covered:
· 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Advanced training in 𝗕𝗖𝗡𝟯𝗗 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀, focusing on custom material profiling and high-speed parameter optimization.
· 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Practical sessions with the 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝟲𝟬, including precision calibrations (Z-calibration and Build Plate), hotend maintenance, and active filament management via the MOS (Material Operations System).
