Through a student-led panel discussion, Schiller students had the opportunity to hear directly from professionals including Charlotte Yung and Auriane Mattera, whose experience spans organizations and institutions such as the OECD - OCDE, the United Nations, Acted, the European Bank for Development, and French consular and embassy environments.
The conversation explored the realities behind international careers: navigating multicultural environments, building resilience, developing professional networks, and adapting to fast-changing global challenges.
One of the highlights of the event was seeing our own students, María Isabel Caraballo Andino and Iarina Cristiana Rata, confidently moderating the discussion and leading thoughtful conversations around career journeys, challenges, and opportunities in the international sphere ✨
These moments matter because they help students move beyond theory and connect directly with the people and experiences shaping today’s global professional landscape.
A huge thank you to all speakers, moderators, and attendees for making the discussion so engaging and insightful!
