The team at the stunning Occidental Puerto Banúshave very kindly offered our alumni a reduced rate for the weekend of the Global Alumni Reunion - right by the marina, a short hop from campus, and it's where the shuttles to the Gala will be leaving from too.

Rooms at the reduced rate are limited, and we know how easy it is for accommodation to slip down the to-do list.

🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Erika K. Clark & Natalia Benavidez - Co-Founder & COO | Head of Product Development, Shades By Shan Cosmetics | Les Roches BBA '09 & '10

Some friendships are built to last - and some grow into meaningful business partnerships.

Erika and Natalia first met in the training kitchens at Les Roches Crans-Montana. After graduation, their paths crossed again in Shanghai before reuniting at Shades By Shan, a Latina-founded cosmetics brand now distributed across the United States.

Erika oversees operations, retail expansion, partnerships, and product launches, helping grow the brand from a small family business into a nationally recognised beauty company. Natalia leads product development, managing global supplier partnerships across five countries and a portfolio that has grown from a handful of products to more than 200 since 2018.

In 2026, Shades By Shan earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. Their 40-shade foundation and concealer collection made them the first Latina-founded indie brand to bring such an extensive complexion range to a major retailer - with their foundation becoming the No. 1 best-selling complexion product at JCPenney nationwide.

Erika has also co-founded Old Francis Bourbon, launching this fall. Natalia's brother leads creative design across both brands - a true Les Roches family affair.

A small gathering with a big sense of community ✨

A few weeks ago, our Vietnam alumni community came together for an informal lunch gathering, bringing together Les Roches alumni, chapter representatives, and friends from the local F&B community.

Organized at short notice by our Vietnam Chapter Ambassador Ann Luong, the gathering was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, welcome familiar faces, and celebrate both Vietnam’s National Day and Swiss National Day together.

It was especially lovely to have Quang "Q" Gia (Ambassador RVP) and Kim Long Ly (Newest Ambassador) join the gathering, alongside fellow alumni and members of Vietnam’s vibrant culinary and hospitality community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made the time to come together despite busy schedules. These spontaneous moments are a wonderful reminder that the Les Roches community is not only about large events - it’s also about staying connected, sharing our networks, and making time for one another whenever the opportunity arises.

We look forward to seeing the Vietnam alumni community continue to grow and welcoming even more alumni and international friends into this local network. 🫶🥂
