🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Ali Ghaleb Buzeyan
COO & Project Manager (Pre-Opening), Seiler Constantin | Les Roches BBA ’09 (Hotel Management, Marketing)
With 15+ years of management experience in demanding luxury hospitality environments, Ali Ghaleb Buzeyan has developed deep operational discipline and a strong commitment to service excellence. A Les Roches BBA graduate (2009, Hotel Management with specialisation in Marketing), he completed a capstone project on developing an eco-friendly hotel in Hong Kong - researching sustainable design, energy efficiency, and eco-tourism trends that foreshadowed his future focus on systems and scalability.
Ali currently serves as Project Manager (Pre-Opening) for Seiler Constantin, a new collection of independent Swiss hotels launching with Le Clay in Puidoux, Switzerland, in late summer 2026. The 105-room property sits among UNESCO-listed vineyards above Lake Geneva, spanning 35 hectares with lake-view suites, restaurants, bars, a cigar lounge, and wellness facilities including Hyrox’s first hotel gym partnership. Ali designed the scalable technology ecosystem supporting the launch.
Excitingly, Seiler Constantin’s second property, Le Dew, is scheduled to open in 2029 in Bluche - right where the Les Roches Crans-Montana campus is located. Founded by hotelier André Seiler (family legacy includes Mont Cervin Palace and Monte Rosa in Zermatt) and entrepreneur/architect Christian Constantin, the collection brings a fresh perspective to Swiss hospitality with contemporary, understated hotels that offer space to think, breathe, and reconnect with Swiss landscapes.
Previously, Ali served as Interim COO at Hôtel de Rougemont & SPA, where he automated workflows with AI, cutting manual tasks by 30%. His experience also extends beyond hospitality into healthcare, where he structured and scaled an orthodontic clinic by implementing SOPs, financial systems, and digital workflows - a model he later applied internationally in the Middle East to support scalable, efficient operations.
His career spans front office leadership at Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne, night management at Starling Geneva and Le Mirador Resort & Spa, and management training at Four Seasons Terre Blanche. He recently completed executive teaching at EHL (Oct-Dec 2025).
Ali’s philosophy is clear: “Fix the system, not the people.” He aligns people, processes, technology, and data to create sustainable performance and resilient organisations.
