The Mixology Competition Final!🍸

All the finalists came together for a heated battle, showcasing their creativity and practical mixology skills through their signature cocktails. From exquisite spirits to unexpected ingredients like red onions and self-made caviar, the competition was full of bold flavors and innovation.

Huge congratulations to the Purple House 💜 and our winner, Matias Bellamoni, who impressed the judges with a signature creation featuring homemade agar-agar caviar, paprika, mezcal, and green jalapeño. ✨

An unforgettable evening of talent, passion, and creativity behind the bar! 🥂
