Developing the next generation of hospitality leaders requires knowledge, experience and a global perspective. 🌍

We were proud to host the inaugural cohort of the UAE Bootcamp Career Builder Recognition Programme, developed in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

Over eight inspiring days at our campus, 21 young Emirati professionals explored guest experience, sustainability, innovation and leadership through academic sessions, industry exposure, professional shadowing and mentoring. 🎓🤝

A meaningful experience designed to strengthen their skills, broaden their perspectives and support the continued development of the UAE’s tourism and hospitality sector.

As the programme came to an end, we celebrated their achievements, their ambition and the professional journeys that lie ahead. ✨
