Our colleague Clara Royo, laboratory technician, took part in the course The Human Touch: How to Rediscover Your Own Creativity with AI in Vilnius, Lithuania, organized by Pulse of Mind. 🇱🇹✨

Here’s her testimonial:

“It was my first time participating in an Erasmus+ programme, and the experience couldn’t have been more rewarding. We had an excellent teacher whose communication skills and dynamism made every session engaging and participative. 💡📚

I’m also truly grateful to my classmates — wonderful people with a great willingness to share this journey. Thanks to them, we created an exceptional atmosphere that made the whole stay even more enriching. These are memories I will cherish with great affection. 🤝💛✨”

Our colleague Víctor Díaz, Academic Planning Officer, recently took part in the Erasmus+ course AI: Artificial Intelligence for Higher Education in Dublin, hosted by Dorset College.

The programme blended AI theory with hands‑on case studies that he can apply directly to daily academic work. It was also an amazing chance to connect with professionals from universities across Europe and grow his network. And Dublin… simply fantastic from a cultural and tourism perspective.

Our colleague Clara Munárriz from the International Office recently took part in the week “From arrival to belonging: Empowering staff to support international students”, organised by The Community of Universities and Establishments of Toulouse, University of Jyväskylä, and Palacký University Olomouc.

“I recently had the opportunity to participate in a mobility programme in Toulouse, and it couldn’t have been more inspiring. Through interactive workshops and shared learning spaces, I discovered new ways to improve the support and guidance we offer to international students, always focusing on their wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Getting to know the initiatives of the University of Toulouse and exchanging experiences with professionals from different universities was truly inspiring. All of this, combined with cultural activities in an incredibly welcoming city, made this experience unforgettable 💫🌍”

Hoy hemos recibido en nuestro campus a los doctores Samuel Arguijo y Paulina Arrambide de la (Universidad de Monterrey, México).

Durante su visita han conocido nuestras instalaciones y han mantenido una reunión de trabajo con el vicedecano del Área Internacional de la Facultad de Salud, Víctor López, y con la responsable de Relaciones Internacionales, Eszter Jámbor, para seguir explorando nuevas oportunidades de colaboración académica e internacional.

Además, tuvieron ocasión de saludar a nuestra rectora, Silvia Carrascal, durante su estancia en el campus.

Este encuentro nos permite seguir fortaleciendo la excelente relación existente entre ambas instituciones y continuar impulsando proyectos conjuntos, movilidad internacional e iniciativas de cooperación que beneficien a nuestra comunidad universitaria.
