Two types of Tax:

1.Direct Tax: Direct tax is directly imposed on individuals or property .

Income tax , property tax , corporate tax all are the Direct Tax.

2.Indirect Tax: Indirect tax is not directly imposed on taxpayers.Taxpayers can be shifted these taxes on others.

Sales tax , VAT (Value Added Tax) are Indirect Tax.Producer shift these tax on Consumers.
