Balcha Safoo (1863 – 1936) was an accomplished Oromo military general, who served in both the First and Second Italo-Ethiopian Wars. He was one of the most accomplished military commander who bravely fought and lead Oromo horse men in the Adwa. He was born to an Oromo father and mother.
