Good afternoon everyone 😄, We had a great time visiting the healing hands of joy fistula center yesterday.

🔅We felt honored to have commemorated international women's day with the resilient women who are admitted at the center.
🔅We donated sanitary pads, detergents, and other materials to the admitted women.

✨We firmly believe the stories of these women are also ours. We were inspired by their unwaivering strength. So humbled that we got to celebrate these amazing women.

🔅As we know the community of Borena is in need of help.

💥Athough, we are a startup and don't have much fund yet, we were urged to do something in our capacity.
So, we have contributed 1000 ETB from our current account.
It won’t stop here!

💥We are sure we can do more in the coming times together.

Our 16 days Activism against Gender Based Violence has finally been completed with success‼️

It was an amazing activism. Thanks for all members, We Did Great 🤗.

💥 Giving awareness about gender based violence
💥 Online activism [ Poems, Facts, points about GBV and videos ]
💥 On campus activism in the main campus and beco by giving awareness about GBV and giving brochures.
💥 Discussion with Girls with a special need in our 0 plan room.
💥 Coffee time with Girls in our 0 plan room.
💥 A thank you programme for our proctors in collaboration with women president of student union.
💥A panel discussion in collaboration with Women, youth and children directorate.

📌This doesn't mean our activism of humans right will stop here. This club objective is creating a society that respects human rights and speaks out when ever his/her human rights are violated.

🔔JUHRC update

💡We had a discussion with girls with special need yesterday. It was motivational for all of us, We learned a lot from them.

💡What we noticed was that we all as community of Jimma University, need to work a lot and help with all we can. They lack accessibility to many things. And as HR club we are ready do everything we can for their rights.

💥How Jimma University has a strict policy on gender based violence and human right cases,
