የይርጋለም ሆስፒታል ሕክምና ኮሌጅ ቦርድ የ2018 ዓ.ም የሥራ ውጤት ሪፖርት አቀራረብና የ2019 ዓ.ም የሥራ ዕቅድ ውይይት

16/2019 ዓ.ም :-

የይርጋለም ሆስፒታል ሕክምና ኮሌጅ ቦርድ በቦርድ ሰብሳቢው አቶ ወሰነየለህ ስምዖን መሪነት የቦርድ አባላት የሆስፒታሉን የ2018 ዓ.ም የሥራ አፈጻጸም ሪፖርት አቀረቡ። በዚህም የሆስፒታሉን የሕክምና፣ የምርምር፣ የማስተማርና የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ሥራዎች በየዘርፉ በመገምገም ውጤቶችና ቀጣይ ሥራዎች ላይ ውይይት ተደርጓል።

በተጨማሪም የሕንፃና የሆስፒታል አቅም ማሻሻያ ሥራዎችን በተመለከተ የካፒታል ፕሮጀክቶች አፈጻጸም ተገምግሟል። የተጀመሩትን የማሻሻያ ሥራዎች በጥራትና በተገቢው ጊዜ በማጠናቀቅ የሆስፒታሉን የአገልግሎት ጥራትና የተጠቃሚዎችን እርካታ የበለጠ ለማሻሻል አቅጣጫ ተቀምጧል።

የቦርዱ ጸሐፊና የሆስፒታሉ ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ተመስገን ሳርሚሶ የ2018 ዓ.ም የሥራ አፈጻጸም ሪፖርትና የ2019 ዓ.ም የሥራ ዕቅድ ለቦርዱ አባላት አቅርበዋል። ቦርዱም በሪፖርቱና በዕቅዱ ላይ ዝርዝር ውይይት በማድረግ አፈጻጸሙን ገምግሟል።

በቀረበው ሪፖርት መሠረት የ2018 ዓ.ም አፈጻጸም ተገምግሞ የተገኙ ስኬቶችና ያሉ ተግዳሮቶች ተለይተዋል። በቀጣይ የተለዩ ጉዳዮችን በመፍታት፣ የተሻለ አፈጻጸም በማስመዝገብና የሆስፒታሉን አገልግሎት በቀጣይነት በማሻሻል የተሻለ ውጤት ለማምጣት አቅጣጫ ተቀምጧል።

የቦርድ ስብሰባውን በቦርድ ሰብሳቢው አቶ ወሰነየለህ ስምዖን መሪነት የተካሄደ ሲሆን፣ የቦርዱ አመራሮችና ሁሉም የቦርድ አባላት ተሳትፈዋል።

Yirgalem Hospital Medical College (YHMC) hereby informs all assigned Residents to pursue their speciality program in our college that the registration process is open now for 2026 AYC.

Accordingly, you are required to complete your registration within the designated time period.

👉certificate of NGAT exam
👉 signed letter of sponsorship
👉Any other required supporting documents( noticed herein)

📢 Free Eye Screening Program Update 👁️🏫

Yirgalem Hospital Medical College, Outreach Community Service, successfully conducted a Free Eye Screening Program in four KG schools within the community.

Over the last week, about 200 kindergarten students received eye screening services aimed at early detection of vision problems and promoting healthy learning environments for children.
