This week, the 24th International Cryocooler Conference was held in Syracuse, New York, hosted by Bluefors.
This premier global conference on cryocooler technology brought the community together to discuss cutting-edge technical developments and solutions related to cryocoolers and cryogenic applications.
Topics covered a wide range of cryocooler technologies, with applications from astronomy to quantum technologies and other advanced cryogenic use cases. From Bluefors, Xihuan Hao presented Energy Efficiency Improvements on 4.2 K Two-Stage Pulse Tube Cryocoolers, and Graham Harrington presented Development of a Low Power Helium Reliquefier for NMR Users.
A big thank you to all the speakers for sharing their research, the ICC24 committee for making the conference possible, our volunteers for keeping everything running smoothly, our venues, the Everson Museum of Art and the Museum of Science & Technology (MOST), and all participants for contributing to the exchange of ideas that made this week so valuable.
The conference will return in two years, hosted by West Coast Solutions in Huntington Beach, California.
Thank you for being part of ICC24. See you at !
