Call for panels open for DSA2027 conference!

The Development Studies Association Annual Conference 2027 (DSA2027) is now inviting proposals for panels and workshops. The conference theme, "development between hope and critique" encourages critical and forward looking discussions on the future of development research and practice. The conference will take place in a hybrid format at the University of Sussex, co-hosted with the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), on 22-25 June 2027.

The call welcomes proposals from across social sciences and beyond, including innovative panel formats that bring together researchers and practitioners. Panel proposals can be submitted until 5 November 2026!

UniPID Call for course proposals 2027 is open!

UniPID is inviting teachers and lecturers from its member universities to submit proposals for the UniPID Virtual Studies Programme. For 2027, we particularly welcome proposed related to
🟢 Doctoral-level education and research methodologies
🟢 Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)
🟢 Innovation online pedagogies and internationalisation at home
🟢 Project management in development cooperation

Courses are expected to be offered from the 2027-2028 academic year onwards, and deadline for the applying is 30 November 2026.
