Luonnon Armoilla on 10-14 vuotiaille suunnattu selviytymis- ja erätaitokurssi. Kurssin jälken nuori osaa mm. suunnistaa kartan ja kompassin avulla, yöpyä luonnossa, tehdä hyvän sekä turvallisen nuotion, pakata oikeanlaiset varusteet sekä pitää huolta muista retkiryhmän jäsenistä. Viiden päivän kurssin aikana tutustutaan esimerkiksi metsässä retkeilyn suunnitteluun, ensiavun perusteisiin sekä metsässä liikkumiseen ja käyttäytymiseen. Kurssilla opitaan myös valmistamaan itse osa retkeilyvarusteista.

We spent a day making insect hotels from recycled materials! 🐛🐝🐜🐞🦗🕷️

The amount of insects is decreasing all over the world and especially in built environment. We keep even our gardens so neat that the insects don’t have natural nesting possibilities.🕸️ Regarding to last week's World Environment Day and its theme, biodiversity loss, insect hotels are one concrete way to enhance biodiversity in your own area. Insects, like every other organisms, play an important part in maintaining nature’s ecological balance and on top of that they also benefit YOUR garden by pollinating!

The idea was to share knowledge and compare school education management in Finland, Australia and Indonesia during special times like this.
