✨Mikäs ihme se edustajiston varapuheenjohtaja oikein on?✨

Edustajiston varapuheenjohtaja mm. hoitaa kokoustekniikkaan liittyviä asioita, johtaa edustajiston viestintätyöryhmää sekä osallistuu hallituksen kokouksiin. Aikaa varapuheenjohtajan velvollisuuksien hoitamiseen kuluu noin 5-10 tuntia viikossa.
Tähän rooliin voi hakea jos osaa tietokonetta käyttää, kaiken muun voi helposti oppia.

Edustajiston varapuheenjohtajaksi voidaan valita ainoastaan edustajiston jäsen, eli jos rooli kiinnostaa niin asettaudu ehdolle edustajistovaaleissa! Mikäli pääset edustajiston jäseneksi voit asettautua ehdolle varapuheenjohtajan rooliin edustajiston järjestäytymiskokouksessa.

✨What on earth is the vice chairperson of the representative council?✨

The vice chairperson of the representatives council, among other things, handles the technical matters of the meeting, leads the representative council’s communications committee, and attends board meetings. Fulfilling the vice chairperson’s duties takes about 5–10 hours per week.
You can apply for this role if you know how to use a computer, everything else you can easily learn.

Only a member of the representatives council can be elected as its vice chairperson, so if you’re interested in the role, stand as a candidate at the representatives council elections! If you’re elected to the representatives council, you can run for the role of vice chairperson at the council’s organizational meeting.

✨Mikäs ihme se edustajiston puheenjohtaja oikein on?✨

Edustajiston puheenjohtaja mm. johtaa edustajiston kokouksia, tekee kokousten esityslistat sekä toimii välikätenä edustajiston ja hallituksen välillä. Aikaa puheenjohtajan velvollisuuksien hoitamiseen kuluu noin 5-10 tuntia viikossa.
Kuka vain voi tähän rooliin hakea, kokouksen johtamisen ei tarvitse olla valmiiksi tuttua vaan tekemällä oppii. Tärkeintä on, että sinulla on kiinnostusta ja hieman enemmän aikaa kuin riviedaattorilla.

Edustajiston puheenjohtajaksi voidaan valita ainoastaan edustajiston jäsen, eli jos rooli kiinnostaa niin asettaudu ehdolle edustajistovaaleissa! Mikäli pääset edustajiston jäseneksi voit asettautua ehdolle puheenjohtajan rooliin edustajiston järjestäytymiskokouksessa.

✨What on earth is the chairperson of the representative council?✨

The chairperson of the representatives council, among other things, chairs the council meetings, prepares the meeting agendas, and acts as a middleman between the representatives council and the board. Fulfilling the chairperson’s duties takes about 5–10 hours per week.
Anyone can apply for this role, you don’t need prior experience leading meetings. You’ll learn as you go. The most important thing is that you’re interested and have a little more time than a regular representatives council member.
