We are happy to announce that DEICO graduate Ridwan Abukari received a Master Thesis Award in Development Studies granted by UniPID and the Finnish Society for Development Research. Congratulations, Ridwan, you are surely showing the way for our future graduates!

As part of the Development Days Conference 2026 programme, the winner and honorary mentions of the Master’s Award were announced.
