Professor Jonna Koponen has joined the IBS research team today! Jonna is Professor of Marketing, with a special focus on digital transformation. In the field of marketing, her research primarily focuses on sales management, digital communication, as well as sales relationships and interaction. She has a PhD in both business and communication sciences. Her key research areas are👇
