We’re excited to present the 2nd issue of the I’M MI magazine, an annual display of creativity from the students at the Lab Institute of Design and Fine Arts.
We are taught to associate progress with addition. More ideas, more systems, more things. But what if reform begins elsewhere? What if renewal isn’t about creating more, but seeing differently?
Issue 02 theme THE REFORMERS is a journey through change, reinterpretation, and the quiet courage to question what already exists. Through art, student works, and creative exploration this issue opens the doors to the creative minds within the institute.
Perhaps renewal is not always invention.
Perhaps it is a shift in meaning.
A challenge to the familiar.
A different perspective in a world already full of things.
Not every revolution arrives loudly.
Some begin with a question.
