Solar energy is feasible in the North even in the winter months. In facts, during these sunny but snowy days, vertical panels generate the most energy. It is, however, temporary and the research of Vinay Shekar highlights best inclinations and orientations. Data was collected for over two years in our rooftop solar lab, among others from this unique "Carousel" structure. We were interviewed by Yle journalist.
