HAMK Robotics The HAMK Robotics Club is a student-run robotics organisation open to both Finnish and International students studying at HAMK. Welcome to HAMK Robotics!

All students of HAMK that want to be involved are certainly welcome, we can always find a place for you. If you're interested, please visit the "sign up" tab at the top of this page. What do we do? By using our studies, our power to self-educate, and a bit of guidance, each team will build a robot that will help make a difference in the world. Why do we do it? We feel that by giving students a fun

, creative, and challenging task that is directly related to their studies offers them a unique chance to solidify their current knowledge and further understand the purpose and unique challenges of their field. Plus, what else is there to do in these small Finnish towns?!

This week, a team compiled of students in ICT and Mechanical Engineering programs from the Federation of Universities of Applied Sciences were contracted by HAMK to design and produce a pre-conceived project for the school. Hello! Our page has been inactive lately, but we haven't been! We've recently revamped the entire objective of the club and fleshed out all the details. Now, we're recruiting for a summer team to give HAMK Robotics a trial run. The goal will be, well, to create a real-life version of our logo. Interested?

On May 3rd at 16 in HAMK Riihimäki we'll have a club presentation for anybody interested in being involved in HAMK Robotics whether as a builder/designer, marketer, or club administration member either for summer or in the autumn. You can ask questions, share ideas, and learn how to get involved. We'll meet in D-Wing in front of the old student affairs office.
